Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
If the Item Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect
If we made a mistake — the wrong item arrives, or your piece is damaged or defective — we cover the full cost of return shipping, and you'll receive a full refund or replacement at no charge to you. Please contact us at Yingtongadmin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll take care of it right away.
If You'd Like to Return or Exchange by Choice
If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or would like a different item, you're welcome to return or exchange within 7 days — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in this case.
Condition for Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by us may not be eligible for a refund.
